I recently finished a really amazing book entitled “Choose the Life You Want: The Mindful Way to Happiness” by Tal Ben-Shahar. Originally, I borrowed this book from the Guelph Public Library. By the time I was approximately half way through, I decided to purchase it. I was flagging wonderful quotes and useful tidbits on almost every page. This book is a compilation of interesting stories that explain 101 small choices that have the potential to change your life for the better. Reading this book was the perfect choice for me.
