Nurturing Your Inner Garden - Roxana Roshon, Naturotherapist, Ph.D.

I’ve always been interested in how the choices we make affect our lives. Back in graduate school days, a wise friend asked “When you are 80 sitting in your rocking chair, what will you remember?” Even back then, I knew I knew I would remember time with friends and family. In addition, I’ve always chosen to  be the best person I could be. I often ask myself that question or a similar one when I am faced with a choice. Whether that choice is simple, as how do I respond to a particular stressful situation, or more complex, as in how do I continue moving my healing practice forward.

The last couple of months have been filled with choices. Some of the larger choices took more pondering and external assistance (thanks to all the Intuition Share participants and my own healing team). Since the Spring Equinox and the third super moon in as many months, I (and many others) am starting to feel like the number of major choices are slowing down.
